Q. What are your hours of operation?
Our normal hours of operation are from 6:00AM to 4:00PM Mountain Standard Time MST Monday through Friday. However, Our AOG service is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. See our contacts page for additional contact information.

Fill out the attached Return Material Authorization Form and fax it to 602-470-7214. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the part or assist with rectifying the problem.

Q. Do you hold exchange and lease units?
Yes, we hold an extensive list of exchange and least units. Our commonly available units are listed on our Rotable Inventory page in our website.

Q. How do I apply for a credit account?
Please fill out the attached Credit Application and fax this to 602-470-7214. After our accounting department has reviewed your application, they will notify you by fax or e-mail with your determined credit limit. Please list any other Triumph Group companies you currently do business with on the application, this can speed up the review process.
